Dilcia Pankonin was born in Honduras and since she was young she has been dedicated to the real estate business. She is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Florida since 2007 and is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors. Dilcia covers Miami-Dade and Broward counties and specializes in the Honduras market. She determines the individual needs and offers the best advice to each of her clients. Dilcia finds the best real estate options, negotiates the best value, and delivers a successful transaction. She serves local and international clients in the purchase of investment properties, such as apartment buildings, duplex, triplexes, primary residence, new buildings, luxury real estate, commercial properties, and pre-construction projects.

Dilcia is President of Leon Maya Inversiones de Bienes y Raices based in Tegucigalpa Honduras, she specializes in international real estate transactions. She represents foreign companies in commercial, residential, and agricultural property transactions throughout Honduras. Dilcia’s goal is to develop the Honduran market and continue inviting the Honduran investors to Florida and likewise invite foreign companies to invest in Honduras.
